(ATIKOKAN, ON) – Shortly after 8:30 pm on December 20, 2015 members of the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the Tamarac Court Area.
An investigation was conducted.
As a result of this investigation, Glenn MATICHUK (50) of Atikokan has been charged criminally with:
One count of having over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood
MATICHUK will appear in Atikokan Provincial Court on Wednesday February 3rd, 2016 at 11:00 am to answer to this charge.
