On December 21, 2014 at approximately 2:20 p.m. a man entered the Giant Tiger Store in Chatham and removed a number of DVDs valued at approximately $50. The man is described as a white male, 25-40 years old, scruffy beard and was last seen wearing a black “New York Yankees†toque.
