(LEAMINGTON, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington was called to attend the area near Kopagaron Woods on Essex County Road 34 between Leamington and Wheatley on June 22, 2016 at approximately 9:20 p.m.
Officers arrived and found a male in his vehicle who exhibited signs of impairment.
He was arrested at the scene.
Gerhard EPP, age 58 of Leamington was charged with Care or Control While Impaired and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Leamington court on July 21 to answer to the charges.
