(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 72 year old male after investigating an incident at a Norfolk County Highway 24 East, Charlotteville, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Friday, June 12, 2015 at approximately 10:26 p.m., police were conducting an investigation after being contacted by a member of the public.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 72 year old Gerald HURKENS of Norfolk County, Ontario with careless storage of firearm.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
