(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Saturday November 23, 2013, around 1:30 a.m. Perth County Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a call from a Park Ave North resident in Listowel who heard noises outside.
Officers located a male outside the residence. George POORTINGA (28) of the Municipality of North Perth has been charged with “possession of break in instrumentsâ€Â, and with “trespassing at nightâ€Â. He is scheduled to appear in Listowel Court on January 15, 2014 to answer to these charges.
The North Perth OPP would like to hear from anyone in the Park Ave. North area who may have been the victim of minor thefts of items from around their homes between Friday November 22 and Saturday November 23, 2013.
