(NORTH BAY, ON) – On April 9, 2017 at 1:34 a.m. North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Highway 11/17 bypass near Seymour St. in the City of North Bay. The male driver of the vehicle, Geoffrey WILSON, 36 of Nipissing First Nation was charged with drive over 80 contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on April 25, 2017.
