(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On June 2, 2018, at approximately 9:00 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint of a possible impaired driver on Adelaide Street North, Middlesex Centre.
Officers attended the area and located the vehicle. The officer determined that the 39-year-old, male, driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Geoffrey HARPER, of Middlesex Centre, Ontario has been charged with Care of Control over 80, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused was also charged with Having Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available, pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act.
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on July 10, 2018 to answer to the charge.
