(Odessa, ON)- On Monday, February 22, 2016 at 1:30 a.m. officers with the Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to a report of a white Volvo in the median on Highway 401 westbound near Odessa, Loyalist Township.
Police attended and subsequently arrested the driver for over 80 mgs.
Charged with driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood contrary to section 253(1) (b) of the Criminal Code is 33 year-old Geoffrey GRAHAM of Foxboro.
He was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date of March 8, 2016.
