(FORT FRANCES, ON) – Shortly after 3:00 am on December 28, 2014, members of the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a vehicle driving in a suspicious manner on Colonization Road East in the Town of Fort Frances
Officers conducted a traffic stop with the vehicle in question and conducted an investigation.
As a result of this investigation, Gavin GIBBONS (23) of Fort Frances has been charged criminally with:
One count of having over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood.
GIBBONS will appear in Fort Frances Provincial Court on Monday January 26, 2015 at 9:30 am to answer to this charge.
