(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) – On Sunday March 06, 2016, shortly before 5 a.m., Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to the ESSO gas station and variety store in Milverton, where a male was causing damage.
Officers attended the ESSO premises at 76 Main St. South and observed the front window of the variety store smashed. Officers located the person responsible for the damage nearby and arrested the intoxicated male.
30-year-old Gregory JORDAN from Stratford has been charged with the Criminal Code of Canada offence of “mischief under $5,000”. He was released on a Promise to Appear and will have to attend at the Stratford Criminal Court of Justice on Monday April 11, 2016 to answer to the charge.
