(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – A local male faces an alcohol related charge after police stopped his vehicle.
On August 15, 2014 an officer from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Lindsay Street in Fenelon Falls. The officer determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol.
As a result of the investigation Gary WHITEHEAD, 55 years of age, of Fenelon Falls was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100mL of blood.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on September 18, 2014.
