Gary Hills – Drunk Driving

(SEGUIN TWP, ON) – On January 4, 2014 at approximately 2:37 a.m. members from the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Highway 518 of a possible impaired driver.

Police arrested and charged Gary Hills, 49 years of age from Mississauga, with the following:

– Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

– Drive Motor Vehicle – No licence, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act (HTA)

– Drive Motor Vehicle – No Currently Validated Permit, contrary to the HTA

– Drive Left of Centre – on a Curve, contrary to the HTA

The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Parry Sound on January 23, 2014.
