(South Glengarry) – Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged the male driver of a double decker bus following an investigation into a collision that occurred on Highway 401, South Glengarry Township on June 23, 2015.
At approximately 2:30pm, a westbound Megabus carrying several passengers collided with the rear of a westbound Tractor-Trailer unit. Several passengers were injured, some seriously.
Gary GRAHAM (64) of Lombardy, Ontario is charged with;
– Careless Driving
He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on January 26, 2016.
