(LAMBTON, ON) – On June 10, 2015 at approximately 10:00am, members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) had occasion to investigate the operator of an E- Bike in the area of Victoria Street, Oil Springs Ontario.
Investigation revealed that the E- Bike operator was currently under a Court ordered driver’s licence suspension and was disqualified from operating a motor vehicle. During the course of the investigation the OPP member located an alleged amount of suspected narcotics.
As a result, Gary Alan SPINKS, 55 years of age of Oil Springs Ontario was charged with driving while disqualified and the unlawful possession of a narcotic(s). The male is required to attend the Sarnia Criminal Court on June 24, 2015 in order to answer to the allegations.
