Garry Rowcliffe – Drunk Driving, 90 Day Suspension

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – On May 5, 2012 just before 12:00 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver traveling eastbound on Zurich-Hensall Road. The suspect vehicle, a red Ford F-150 pickup was later located and stopped on Sanders Street in Exeter.

Upon speaking with the male driver, the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. Garry ROWCLIFFE, age 67, from Exeter has been charged with Impaired Driving and Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 mgs of alcohol. A court date is scheduled for June 28, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter. His vehicle has been impounded for seven days and he received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension.
