Garry NOAH – Drunk Driving

(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – On December 11, 2016, at approximately 4:43 a.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located a motor vehicle parked on the shoulder of Highway 402 eastbound, west of Colonel Talbot Road, in the City of London, Ontario.

Officers determined that the 31-year-old male driver of the grey GMC pickup truck had been drinking alcohol. He was placed under arrest, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath testing, which revealed he had consumed more than twice the legal limit of alcohol.

As a result of the police investigation, Garry NOAH, from Moravian First Nation, Ontario, has been charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol and drug), and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on January 25, 2017.
