(DRYDEN, ON) – On February 15, 2014 The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Dryden Detachment Crime unit along with Sioux Lookout Crime Unit, Dryden Police Service (DPS) and the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB) arrested and charged Garry MORAND (49yrs old) of Dryden with Criminal Harassment contrary to section 264 (1) of the Criminal Code and Utter threats contrary to section 264.1(1) (a) of the Criminal Code.
MORAND was held for a bail hearing and has since been released from custody. He is scheduled to re appear in court on March 24, 2014.
