(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On January 28, 2017 at approximately 4:30 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle that was exhibiting signs of impairment on Hwy. #26. Officers quickly determined that the driver of this motor vehicle was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Impaired Operation” and “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Garrett A. SEBERRAS 33 years old from Collingwood, ON. First appearance is February 28, 2017 in Collingwood court.
