(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 27, 2015 at approximately 11:05 a.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the driver of a 2003 Nissan that was parked in the Morriston car pool lot in Puslinch Township.
While speaking with the driver, police immediately detected the pungent odour of fresh marihuana in the vehicle. The male admitted to having marihuana in the vehicle and he was subsequently placed under arrest. Police searched the vehicle and located clear plastic baggies containing fresh bud marihuana.
48-year-old Raymond PARR of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 25, 2015 to answer to the charge.
