(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) – On June 15, 2015 at approximately 11:53 a.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer investigated the male driver of a 2005 Nissan for a Highway Traffic Act violation on Silvercreek Parkway, Guelph. Police located suspected marijuana and arrested the driver. He was released at the scene with a court date.
Frederick BOATENG age 40 of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on August 8, 2015 to answer the charge.
