(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) –On December 18, 2014, a male produced a prescription to a pharmacy in Arthur and received the prescribed drug that was requested. An employee started to look further in to this incident and learned that that prescription was fraudulent. Police were contacted and continued to investigate. On December 21, a male was arrested.
Ryan TOLLIS age 37 of Grand Valley is charged with Fraud-Uttering a Forged Document contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 30, 2015.
