Barrie Police officer arrested a 21 yr old Toronto man at the Georgian Mall. He had been on a shopping spree using fraudulent credit cards. The accused made about $4000 worth of purchases and only a portion of the property was recovered. He was subsequently charged with 31 fraud, credit card and property related offences. He was held for a bail hearing.
