(SUDBURY, ON)- On March 22, 2016, at approximately 4:00 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 144 in the town of Chelmsford.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the vehicle the female driver was operating had an expired validation sticker and no insurance.
Mandy FRAPPIER, 36 years of age, from Chelmsford, was charged with the following:
Operate motor vehicle on highway without insurance, contrary to the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act
Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on April 18, 2016.
