(QUINTE WEST, ON) – A Frankford woman was arrested yesterday by Quinte West OPP for failing to comply with conditions of an undertaking given by officer in charge. On Monday October 20th, 2014, at 4:30pm Police attended an address on Scott Avenue in Frankford. Police investigation revealed that a female attended that location and violated her release conditions which she had been placed on earlier this month after being charged with Mischief Under $5000. The female was arrested a short time later and held for bail court.
Shannon BROOKS, 25, was charged with Adult Fail To Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge. She will appear in court on Tuesday October 21st, 2014, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
