Frank LATENDRESSE – Drunk Driving

One male is facing impaired driving charges after a concerned citizen contacted the OPP about a possible impaired driver. At approx. 2:30pm on Thursday October 17 the accused was observed driving his vehicle on Burnstown Rd and was unable to stay in his driving lane, and ended up in the ditch near Pucker St in Horton Township. When police arrived the male driver was arrested for impaired driving. Following breath tests at the Renfrew OPP Frank LATENDRESSE 67 of Horton Twp. was charged with impaired driving, and driving over 80mgs. He was released on a promise to appear in court in Renfrew on November 13. Provincial Constable Philip Holmes investigated.
