On September 15, 2013 at 2:37 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Gordon Street near Nottingham Street. The male driver was found to be intoxicated and was arrested. The male was also found to be in possession of a small quantity of marihuana.
Francisco GIRON, 40 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving, drive over 80mg and possession of a controlled substance. He will appear in court on October 8, 2013.
