(CENTRAL HURON, ON) A Kitchener resident will be without a driver’s licence for seven days following a traffic stop on September 3, 2013. Shortly before 4:00 p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer spotted a Ford F-150 pickup truck speeding along Base Line at a high rate of speed. The vehicle’s speed was locked at 115 km/h, 65 km/h above the posted 50 km/h limit.
38 year old Francisco FERRAZ from Kitchener has been charged with “Race a Motor Vehicleâ€Â. He now has a court appearance scheduled for Provincial Offences Act Court – Goderich on October 22, 2013. His driver’s licence has been suspended for seven days and the vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
