(South Glengarry) – On 10Jan14, at approximately 02:45am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of an erratic driver on Main St. Alexandria, On.
The suspect vehicle was observed southbound on county Road 34, South Glengarry Township where a traffic stop was conducted.
The 18yr old male driver (Francis LABERGE of Saint-Louis-de Gonzague, QC) was arrested and faces charges of:
– Driving While Ability Impaired
– Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood
He is scheduled to appear 23Jan14 in Cornwall court.
