On August 2, 2014 at 1:30 a.m., Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on Macdonell Street. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Francis FAGAN, 74 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on August 19, 2014.
