Our once thriving and prosperous town continues to rot and fall a part due to our Public Works department having no minimum standards. Today WFP was alerted to more rotting infrastructure that is putting drivers and pedestrians at severe risk. The sidewalk is not cleared near this cave-in, but kelly church doesn’t care because he thinks our crumbling streets are good enough for our children to walk on. The photo below shows otherwise.
Below is a photo from Google Street View clearly showing signs of imminent failure back in 2013. This type of failure takes years of neglect and shoddy inspections. Clearly whoever was in charge of inspecting and maintaining this has failed horribly for years and put the lives of Citizens on the line.
