Four Arrests At Traffic Stop – MORGAN, MINDLE, MCKINNON & IRWIN

(INGERSOLL, ON) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Thames Street at Carnegie Street which resulted in numerous arrests and charges being laid.

On August 11, 2018 at approximately 1:30 p.m., police stopped a four door vehicle and located an adult male passenger who was arrested at the scene for outstanding charges. Three other adult suspects in the vehicle were arrested without incident. OPP located some suspected narcotics and stolen property which was seized as well.

Charged are the following:

Matthew MORGAN, 25-years-old, of Ingersoll

Possession of a Schedule II Substance- Cannabis Marihuana

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime- Under $5,000

Occupant of Motor Vehicle knowing there was a prohibited or restricted weapon

Possession of firearms or ammunition contrary to Probation Order

Fail to Comply with Probation Order

Jason MINDLE, 34-years-old, of Woodstock

Possession of a Schedule II Substance- Cannabis Marihuana

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime- Under $5,000

Occupant of Motor Vehicle knowing there was a prohibited or restricted weapon

Joshua MCKINNON, 36-years-old, of Woodstock

Possession of a Schedule II Substance- Cannabis Marihuana

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime- Under $5,000

Occupant of Motor Vehicle knowing there was a prohibited or restricted weapon

Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition

Meghan IRWIN, 20-years-old, of Ingersoll

Possession of a Schedule II Substance- Cannabis Marihuana

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime- Under $5,000

Occupant of Motor Vehicle knowing there was a prohibited or restricted weapon

The female accused was released on a Promise to Appear and an Officer in Charge Undertaking. The three male accused were held for bail hearings.

The investigation is continuing and further charges are pending.
