(KEARNEY, ON) The Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police received a call back in the summer of 2013 where a resident found $100 in the Town of Kearney.
The money was turned over to the Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police Detachment in hopes that the owner claims it. After a period of time, if the property is not reported missing it goes back to the finder. This was the case for the found money, it was never claimed and it went back to the finder who donated the money to a local community support group.
