(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated acts of mischief at a Victoria Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, July 9, 2016 at approximately 5:53 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen reporting a mischief.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a dark blue coloured Toyota Tacoma was travelling east bound on Victoria Street when the occupants of the vehicle proceeded to throw fire crackers at pedestrians that were walking along the sidewalk.
A concerned motorist observed this activity and obtained the licence plate of the vehicle. Police are currently following up with information that was provided by the public.
