(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment is currently investigating a fire at a Main St. N., Jarvis, Haldimand County, ON address.
Today, Tuesday October 28th, 2014 at approximately 3:10 am Haldimand County Fire Department responded to a garage fire at the Main St residence after receiving a 911 call.
The fire was extinguished but not before the garage sustained extensive damage. Value of the damage is estimated to be $50,000 dollars.
Police are conducting an Arson investigation as the fire appears to be suspicious in nature.
