(KINGSVILLE, ON) – The Essex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) major crime unit has charged former Kingsville, Ontario Fire Chief Robert KISSNER with 5 additional charges of sexual assault.
KISSNER has been summonsed on the new offences which are alleged to have occurred between 2002 and 2016 involving 3 adult victims.
KISSNER will appear in a Windsor, Ontario courtroom on March 1, 2017 to answer to a total of 15 charges.
