(EAST ZORRA – TAVISTOCK TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On July 21, 2015 shortly after 1:00 p.m., Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to assist at a residential fire at Hidden Valley Trailer Park on Highway 59 in East Zorra-Tavistock Township. Officers arrived on scene along with members of the East Zorra-Tavistock Fire Department to find the residence fully engulfed in flames.
The homeowners were not home at the time of the fire. They were notified and did attend the scene.
Victim Services of Oxford County attended the scene to assist the homeowners who were displaced due to the fire.
The Ontario Fire Marshal was contacted and attended the scene to investigate. The cause of the fire is not deemed to be suspicious and the scene in no longer being held.
