On November 5, 2014 at approximately 10:18 p.m., the Guelph Fire Department responded to a reported fire at the above noted location. Upon arrival there was found to be a large amount of flame coming from a bay window at the front of the house.
An aggressive attack was undertaken on the home to minimize damage and subsequently was quickly brought under control. Heavy fire damage was caused on the main floor and basement with smoke damage throughout the remainder of the house. There were no injuries to either the public or firefighting personnel.
Guelph Fire Prevention was notified and are currently on scene investigating.
