(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On December 28, 2013 at approximately 10:15 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers set up a R.I.D.E. spot check on Wellington County Road 39, near Wellington County Road 30, Guelph-Eramosa Township. At this time and location officers investigated the male driver of a 2005 Ford that entered into the checkpoint and suspected marihuana was seized.
Michael TOSH age 32 of Fergus has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 7, 2014 to answer to the charge.
