(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – On July 4, 2015, at approximately 3:09 a.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a possible impaired driver on Maitland Trail in the Municipality of Strathroy Caradoc, Ontario.
Officers initiated a traffic stop of the black Jeep and determined that the 26 year old female driver had been consuming alcohol.
A roadside screening device demand was refused.
The female was arrested and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment.
As a result of the police investigation, Kristy MCGEE, from London, Ontario, has been charged with fail or refuse to provide sample, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear, and is scheduled to answer the charge in a London court on August 27, 2015.
