(TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their breach of a Long Term Supervision Order.
Michael Hawes is described as a white male, 33 years of age, 5’9” (175 cm’s), 190 lbs. (86 kgs.) He has two different coloured eyes one being blue and the other is hazel. His right eye has an enlarged pupil. He has short brown hair. Hawes has a history of Sexual Assault related convictions and Uttering Death Threats. He is the subject of a Long Term Supervision Order and his whereabouts have become unknown.
The offender is known to frequent the cities of Kingston, Ottawa and Belleville.
