(TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.
Darryl Babinski is described as an Aboriginal male, 38 years of age, 5’10 (178 cm’s), 162 lbs (73kg’s). He has numerous tattoos including fish and a skull on both sides of his neck, a celtic knot on his left hand and a rose on his right hand.
He is serving a 5 year sentence for Armed Robbery, Threaten Death and Mischief.
The offender is known to frequent the city of North Bay and the Greater Toronto area.
