(Centre Hastings, ON) – On November 6, 2015 at 6:20 p.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P responded to a collision involving a large size SUV and a horse and buggy on Highway # 62 near Ridge Road in the Municipality of Centre Hastings.
The SUV was travelling southbound and the horse and buggy was travelling northbound. The SUV struck the horse in the southbound lane. The 14 year old male driver of the buggy was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries and the horse died on scene. The SUV sustained significant front end damage.
