(MADOC TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 29, 2014 at 5:30pm, members of the Central Hastings detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a fatal farming incident on Bethel Road, Tweed.
A 7 year-old girl died after falling from a moving tractor and was struck by the tractor. She passed away at hospital. The name of the victim is not being released.
The Ministry of Agriculture has been notified. The investigation is continuing.
