(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On November 10, 2017, at approximately 6:00 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex-London Emergency medical Services (EMS) and the Middlesex Centre Fire Service responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Eight Mile Road, between Hyde Park Road and Denfield Road.
The driver of the vehicle, 30-year-old male Jason DERKS, of Middlesex Centre died as a result of the collision.
The road reopened at approximately 12:00pm.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
