(ERIN TWP.,ON) – On July 17, 2015 at approximately 1:35 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a report of a 3 vehicle collision on Wellington County Road 124, west of 10th Line in the Town of Erin. Officers responded along with the Town of Erin Fire and Emergency Services, Peel Regional Paramedic Services and Wellington County Roads Department.
The driver who was pronounced deceased at the scene has been identified as 77-year-old James BROWN of New Tecumseth.
There will be no charges in this collision.
