(BLUEWATER, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are currently on scene of a fatal motor vehicle collision that has taken place just west of Zurich.
At approximately 12:00 p.m. Huron OPP officers, Huron County Paramedic Services and firefighters from Zurich Fire Department responded to a two vehicle crash located at the intersection of Zurich-Hensall Road (Huron County Road #84) and Bronson Line.
The driver/lone occupant of a pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and lone occupant of a sports utility vehicle was transported from the scene to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Investigators from the West Region OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation (TTCI) Team have arrived on scene to assist with the collision investigation.

Zurich-Hensall Road is currently closed between the west edge of Zurich and Blackbush Line. Bronson Line is closed between Danceland Road and Rodgerville Road. Please take alternate routes to avoid delays.
