(PICTON, ON) – On the 30th of October 2016 at approximately 2:30am Prince Edward OPP officers were dispatched to a residence on Salisbury Road in Ameliasburgh to investigate a single vehicle collision involving an ATV.
Police have determined that 20 year old Tristen CLAYTON, of Ameliasburgh had been operating the ATV and at some point he lost control resulting in the ATV rolling over onto him. CLAYTON had been wearing a helmet, however sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Alcohol was a factor in the incident.
