(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On Friday, December 13, 2013, a Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was conducting RADAR enforcement on Highway 401 near Communication Road.
At approximately 1:00 p.m., the officer observed an eastbound BMW vehicle that appeared to be exceeding the posted speed limit of 100 km/hr. The RADAR registered a speed of 175 km/hr.

The driver’s licence has been suspended and vehicle impounded for a period of seven days, as per statute.
