(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) On Sunday July 28, 2013 at 8:31 p.m. the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a family dispute on the 200 block of Main Street, Glencoe ON. Police learned that there was an altercation between a male party and his in-laws at the Glencoe home. As a result of an investigation police have charged Steven PACHECO, age 36 of London, ON with:
Three counts of Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm as per Section 264.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC)
Assault as per Section 266 CC
Mischief Under $ 5,000 as per Section 430(4) CC
The accused is currently being held in custody and is scheduled to appear in a London Court room to speak to the charges.
