On September 28, 2014 at 2:25 a.m., the Guelph Police went to the Cork Street area for a disturbance. A female was walking on Cork Street where it is alleged that a male, not known to her, touched her in a sexual manner. Subsequent to this, a male was also assaulted. Neither victim required medical attention.
Fahim Abrar, 19 years of Guelph has been charged with sexual assault and assault. He will appear in court on November 18, 2014.
Mahfoz Adeeb, 18 years of Hamilton has been charged with assault. He will appear in court on November 18, 2014.
